As an Analyst, you will be an integral part of a dynamic consulting team, tackling strategic issues across various industries. You'll delve into complex topics, develop decision-making frameworks, and take on early responsibilities in exciting projects.
Your Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Insights: You will analyse complex data to develop actionable recommendations.
Project Work: You will assist in devising solutions for our clients and prepare concise reports and presentations.
Strategic Consulting: You will actively participate in workshops and meetings to develop solutions, challenge processes, or provide decision-making foundations.
Market and Competitor Analysis: You will identify trends and opportunities to give clients a competitive edge.
Shaping Future Topics: You will engage with exciting subjects and questions around sustainability and digitalisation, bringing creative approaches for their integration into projects.
Your Profile
A completed degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
A high affinity for numbers and data, ideally with excellent Excel skills.
Passion for process management, organisational development, sustainability, and digitalisation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ideally strong PowerPoint abilities.
Team spirit, initiative, creativity, and a structured approach to work.
The willingness to engage with the goals, specifics, and values of our clients.
Fluent in German and English.
