Application
We look forward to receiving a strong application from you. A cover letter and a full CV are required, ideally along with your qualification and employment references, as well as your salary expectations and earliest possible start date.

Interview
If your profile fits what we're looking for, we'll invite you to a brief phone or video interview. During this, we'll cover the key elements, discuss your motivation and the role, and of course, answer any questions you may have for us.

Getting Acquainted
Depending on the role, you'll receive a small case study or a professional task in advance to prepare, which we'll then discuss together. We're particularly interested in your approach: how you structure questions and step-by-step arrive at a clear solution.
04.
Decision-making
Once we're both sure it's the right fit, we decide together which project will make the best use of your strengths. After sorting out salary and start date, you'll receive your contract and we'll kick off a structured onboarding to ensure you settle in quickly and make an immediate impact.
