Intern (m/f/d)
As an intern, you'll be an integral part of the consulting team from day one, actively participating in project work. You'll take on your own tasks, analyse data, and develop content. This hands-on experience allows you to quickly gain practical consulting knowledge and make an impact from the start.
Your Responsibilities
Direct involvement in project work: You'll support our consultants in daily operations and actively participate in ongoing projects.
Handling tasks: You'll take on sub-tasks in project modules, ranging from research to preparing the basis for decision-making.
Supporting concept development: Together with the team, you'll develop initial ideas, concepts, and solutions.
Creating presentations and documents: You'll prepare presentations, process templates, or analyses for meetings and client appointments.
Preparing workshops and meetings: You'll structure and create relevant content and organise the outcomes.
Conducting (market) analyses: You'll research trends, industry developments, and best practices, deriving insights for projects.
Your Profile
Studies in economics, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a similar field - at least two semesters completed.
Previous experience from internships, projects, or student jobs is a plus, but not essential.
Strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and eagerness to dive into complex topics.
Enjoy teamwork, be highly motivated, and possess a responsible work style.
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent knowledge of German and English.
Interest in current topics like process optimisation, organisational development, digitalisation, or sustainability.
