The assignment:
Given the changing market conditions, increasing regulatory requirements, and rising customer expectations, our client needed to refine their strategic focus in the field of electromobility. Our task was to develop a clear and sustainable business strategy that provides guidance, sets priorities, and serves as a reliable framework for future decisions and initiatives.
The approach:
First, we analysed the internal starting point and compared it with relevant external factors like the market, competition, and environment. In subsequent workshops with the leadership team, we collectively reflected on key issues, explored action options, and developed a consistent target image. From this, we derived strategic directions and concrete initiatives, supplemented by an economic assessment to evaluate potential. A practical roadmap ultimately connected the set objectives with measurable actions, responsibilities, and clear implementation steps. We placed special emphasis on not only creating a well-grounded strategy but also on embedding it effectively and inspiringly within the organisation.
The result
The project resulted in a clearly defined, forward-looking corporate strategy that serves as a binding framework for management and the organization. It offers transparency over strategic priorities, facilitates focused resource allocation, and forms the basis for a coherent implementation and the sustainable evolution of the organisation.
